"The beds are always clean and comfortable. Other than that, the entire hotel is run down and not kept. The vents are not cleaned. You can see the mildew build up on the vents and surrounding areas. Curtains torn/stained. It’s not clean behind the night stands/beds. Seems like there is no desire to make the hotel better. I stay at-least once a year. Water in the shower is not hot. Very muggy in the halls. Air would only keep to 72 and was set on 68. Food was terrible/did not look appealing. Not stocked well. Y’all can do better."

"Maintenance on the building is subpar for the price point. Fridge was frozen over in the room and froze the drinks I put in it. If the AC unit is at a super low temp when you enter the room…there’s a reason. Don’t make the mistake of turning it to a “normal” temp or you will end up sleeping in a swamp. Whatever disinfectant/cleaner they use smelled overpowering in the room. Door paint and bathroom caulking desperately needed attention. I was a single adult traveler and got put on the same floor with a bunch of (unsupervised?) teens that were noisy well past quiet hours. Continental breakfast was super basic and seemed like an after thought. Upside, employees were very nice."

"Overall the facility was very nice a lot of things to do which I really thought was great you don't even have to leave the hotel I was very amazed at the theater that was new to see in a facility which was great only thing I can say is you should be able to use your room key in order to get back into facility different ways instead of having to come all the way around to the front door to come in will be visiting again hopefully with family the buffet on the weekend is Awesome.."

"I did not request a smoking room, however that was what they put me in, and it truly smelled horrible. When I asked to be swapped to a non-smoking room, the only thing they had available was a room with a smaller bed. I wanted a king bed. Also, the folks that were in the room, either above me or next to me, had a dog that would not be quiet!"
