A refrigerator would’ve been a nice touch, but it wasn’t essential. Shower pressure and temperature control were excellent. The hotel handled a 6:00 AM power outage impressively, switching to diesel backup within 5 minutes and later to solar. WiFi was fast enough for most needs. Staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout. Excellent location near the best restaurants in Legazpi. The in-house restaurant was just okay, not a highlight. Would definitely stay again." It’s more affordable than neighboring resorts, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful—that was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself is in poor condition. Rooms are extremely basic, with peeling paint on the ceilings, broken mosquito screens, and ants everywhere. Our shower worked only so-so. Food was very limited and only served when the cook was around. It’s a shame, because the beachfront location and kind staff give the place real potential. But right now, it feels neglected and in need of serious upkeep. I wouldn’t return unless major improvements are made.
