I had a really good experience at the hotel. Stayed there for ten days and had my flight at 11:00 p.m. on the last day. I asked if I could check out late and they allowed me to check out at 6:00 p.m. for no extra fees. Good rooms, however, I would sometimes not get all of my commodities (like water and sugar for tea) refilled after room cleaning services. Washroom space is a bit small as well. Overall 8.5/10 for experience if I had to rate it from 1-10.

hôtel bien situé dans Bur Dubai, pied à terre indien. belle chambre, grande, bien entretenue. personnel hyper-sympathique. mais toujours des détails qui font que je ne recommande pas (sauf super promo) : eau chaude qui met 3 minutes à arriver, frigo en panne (et pas changé malgré 2 demandes), café du petit-déjeuner imbuvable

Stopover on way to Europe

Convenient to train station just 6 or so stops from airport. Friendly attentive staff. Clean and well presented. Standard room needed a bit of maintenance but comfortable, upgraded to beautiful corner suite on way home - lovely. However no hot water in the morning on second stay. Breakfast good, starts being laid out from 7am. Train opens from 7am in case are needing to get back to the airport early.

The receptionist was rude! I reached there before the other person and she moved my passport on the side and checked the other person and gave her the room right away and asked the concierge to take her luggage while my luggage was still outside where the taxi dropped me. I had to wait for 45 mins before I got the room. And it wasn’t busy at all. Room was average. No fridge! I had to ask and wait until I got one.

There was no option from the beginning between smoking and non-smoking rooms. The corridors and rooms smelled bad/stuffy. I was moved from a smoking room to a non-smoking room, but the smells persisted, just to a lesser degree. It required leaving the window open and intense spraying of febreze. The mattress was quite solid, not too comfortable. The water pressure with alright, not great but the shower holes were very small which gave a weird sensation. The water temperature was very hit and miss, took a while to heat up. There was building works in the room next to me that I was not informed about, which resulted in very loud drilling at 10am.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience at Raviz Central Hotel on Expedia to ensure others are aware of the shocking state of the accommodations. My stay was nothing short of a nightmare. The walls were covered in dirt, and the floor seemed untouched by any form of cleaning. Immediately alerting the staff, I was relocated to another room, only to be met with an overpowering mold odor that triggered immediate coughing. Graciously, the hotel staff upgraded me to a suite, but even this fell short of the cleanliness one would expect from a four-star establishment. The attached pictures tell the story better than words ever could. Despite the friendly demeanor of the staff, the conditions of the rooms were inexcusable. It took over an hour to secure a room where I could attempt to get some rest, and by then, it was already 3 am. With a check-out time of 7 am, I barely had any time to recover from the ordeal. I want to emphasize that my complaint lies solely with the condition of the rooms. The staff was understanding and polite throughout, but the cleanliness standards were far below what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. In the interest of transparency and the well-being of fellow travelers, I encourage you to think twice before booking a stay at Raviz Central Hotel. It pains me to write this review, but I believe it is crucial for others to be aware of the state of the accommodations.
