“Plumbing fixtures in the bathroom were not working properly. I reported it to the check out manager when I checked out. Room 206 toilet flush handle sticks causing the tank flap valve to remain open the tank never fills but the water keeps running.....and running. The shower diverter valve on the tub spout does not! It only diverts maybe 50% of the water that is supposed to go to the shower head. Very depressing!! All that water volume and pressure and half of it right down the drain when, it……

“I stayed here a year ago on the same weekend and was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the room for the price. This time, the room was significantly more expensive and the room was not especially well cleaned and smelled musty. Overall, it served its purpose, but it seems some attention to detail has been lost in the last 12 months.”

“Filthy hallway and rooms. They somehow stink of heavy disinfectant and were also grimy with sticky floors. Hallways poorly lit, dank, dirty with bugs and cobwebs. Cabinets in the room chipped and cracked. Door missing from the cabinet under the sink. You could smell weed everywhere.”
