“The room was clean and comfortable. Really nice bathroom with a great waterfall shower. The beds were really comfortable. We both had great nights sleep. We were able to move around, sitting in the lobby area before a blazing fire, and playing cards in the morning room. It felt very homey. The staff was warm and welcoming. Very nice work out area too, with large windows allowing lots of natural light. Not a lot of equipment but certainly sufficient and in good condition. We took……

“room was big and clean, as expected for the price. however, the fireplace is cheap, tv is tiny, and the walls are paper thin. we clearly heard coughing, light chatter, and snoring throughout the night. there was lots of ice around the property, very dangerous for less mobile folk nothing complimentary in terms of in room water/beverages, or snacks (besides coffee+creamers) we found it interesting that breakfast was not included, which is surprising for a 300+$ room. when we booked we didn’t……

“We booked an "Intermediate Condo" for a family trip with kids and came away disappointed on almost every front. Booking runaround: I called a full week before our stay to ask about switching to a smaller unit since our group size had changed. I was told someone would call me back — no one ever did. When I followed up days later, I was told their policy doesn't allow changes within 7 days. So I called within the window, they dropped the ball, and I was stuck paying for more space than I needed.……

“Le petit déjeuner était parfait, je n'ai pas essayé la baignoire à remous et ma chanbre était vraiment très propre. De plus, avant mon arrivée on m'a textée pour me demander quelle genre de musique je préférais et à quelle température je voulais ma chambre. Donc, à mon arrivée, j'ai trouvé la télé allumée avec comme image un feu de foyer et de la munique classique et la température ambiante à 20 degrés tel que je l'avais demandé.
