“Very disappointed upon arrival. Hotel website stated that therapeutic massages were available on site. This was not the case. We had to call to find someone and then had to go to their clinic for the massage. Staff did not help us do this. We were told they would make a few calls but did not follow through. The room was fantastic.. clean and fresh with a large balcony although no chairs or a table to sit outside were provided. There were no activities in and around the hotel that were offered.……
“Everything was lovely minus a little confusion with payment. I had paid through Expedia and the hotel said I hadn’t. This resulted in me paying twice and receiving a call on the Monday with a notification that I would be refunded. The restaurant and staff are the best. The breakfast and tip was included.”
