“Lobby was clean, but front desk messy, disorganized during checkin. Room, well there was good and not at all good. Bathroom, clean, edge to edge. Worn but clean. Room itself? Left me uncomfortable on a couple of fronts. Smelled of stale smoke, and musty. Maybe used to be a smoking room in days gone by? Floor lamp base and corner it was in was down right dusty and dirty, crumbs or something all over. This was where the coffee machine was placed on table, top of coffee machine had dust, which……

“Poor room cleaning, bad experience”

“Our original room had not been finished cleaned when we arrived. They moved us to a different room that was ready. There were dirt particles on the floor and the bottom of toilet was dirty. Built up dirt and urine splatter had not been cleaned up. Tub area had hard water stains as well. When walking through the hallways you could also see dirt buildup along the edges by doors etc. I would not stay at this property again. Your housekeeping staff needs to be educated on properly cleaning……

“I go 3,4,5 times a year, I’ve been going to la Quinta for years, last few times there’s always things missing, we’re always three people, towels only two bath towels, two face towels, but this recent visit, the room look old, things missing, their breakfast there was no pancake mix, only white bread. Disappointed, I might have to look for another hotel.”

“Room was clean and beds were soft but room could use some upgrades. Not sure if I would ever stay here again as it didn’t really feel safe.”

“There wasn’t a soul on property, the doors were locked and the grass and weeds we’re 4’ tall . So basically this location was shut down and yet you still charged me”
