“We were disappointed because we booked a king room with a fireplace. It stated that most rooms have a balcony or terrace. We had a window with another building directly across from our room. We had zero view of the mountains or anything else for that matter. The fireplace cannot be used until October 15th even though it went down to 3 degrees Celsius at night while we were there.
