“The hotel/room was sufficient. There was nothing special but a safe clean place to stay. I can’t comment on the restaurant as we never ate there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A few things that were a little concerning- shower curtain had mould on the bottom, the room door didn’t close properly. You had to make sure you pulled it closed. The window was very dirty and it was hard to regulate the temperature. The building is older and in need of renovation.”

Room was not renovated yet, so carpet was kind of yucky, hallways needed to be vacuumed. Fitness center was supposed to be open, but was not yet ready. The music in the Crown Lounge was fantastic, so were the drinks! The location was great c near lots of great places to eat.”

“A bit of a trip back in time.... It is an older facility. It was a basic accommodation, but the beds were comfortable and we slept okay. The walls are a bit thin, but people quieted down relatively early. It was a handy place to stay if you are getting on the ferry to Newfoundland.”
