“I will come back again! This house was right on the Columbia with bald eagles landing in the yard and was so quiet. There’s a grocery store and brewery in town, plus a couple coffee shop or breakfast cafes. Everyone was very friendly. The neighbors were also very friendly with our dog and our whole family. Such a wonderful place to relax with my family. ”

“What a wonderful stop. I wish we had more time there, but we only stayed one night on our way between Portland/St Helens and Rainier. The house is secluded, as shown in the listing. The balcony overlooks a gorgeous forested valley and we enjoyed just sitting out there and listening to the birds both in the evening and in the morning. “What a lovely place to stay with an amazing private dock. Our host was super responsive after we checked in and the welcome book had the details we needed to get comfortable. If you're looking for some piece and quiet you can't go wrong booking this home. Town is just a short drive away with access to groceries and a couple of restaurants. “We needed a large place to stay in order for our family to be together for my mother’s funeral. The house and condo were exactly as listed and pictured. At one time, we had 3 adults downstairs and 5 adults upstairs. We did most of our cooking and eating upstairs, so I hope we didn’t mix up the cookware too much!
