“The room we were given was not even remotely like the photos on the Hotels website. We stayed on the ground floor, the bed was terrible, the spring mattress was completely broken, we couldn't rest. “The Hotel is in a lovely location, right next to the River Thames. The Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The Room was lovely and clean with a great view of the River We stayed at the Hotel for two nights and had Dinner both nights. The Food was really nice and again, service was good. If I was being picky, it would’ve been nice to have had some complimentary Bottled Water in the Room on arrival. I would certainly stay here again and plan to do so in a few months time.”
