“My husband booked our trip last minute and we were absolutely impressed with our stay. We were greeted by Christian when we checked in and he was amazing! We stayed in the Amos King tobacco barn and it was gorgeous. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! The outside exterior is meticulously maintained and the flowers are gorgeous. We loved the pool area! We met the Director of Rooms Felicia on our last day there and she was so personable and helpful. We can’t wait to book our next……

“The property grounds in the county had beautiful landscaping & architecture. The breakfast buffet was amazing & clean. The farmhouse room had updated finished but room size was too small for a party of 4. We could also hear traffic at night. The pool was nice & the kids enjoyed swimming. Fishing was fun at the pond. It was nice that it was a short walk to site and sound theatre. Cafe 23 had great coffee & food & lovely view. The shops on the grounds were cute.”

“I knew absolutely nothing about this hotel before I booked, other than people raved about the pub downstairs. It turned out to be a very pleasant stay. Also, the pub downstairs was actually as good as people said.”

“The floors are vinyl tile so you hear all noises above and near you. There was dust bunnies and other trash under the beds. The shades at the window didn't work right and when I tried to pull it down, the metal trim pieces fell and hit me on my head. The beds were not very comfortable. Very low to the floor. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience. It was very very basic.”
