I've stayed in truck stops that were quieter. I asked to be moved to the front of the building. They wouldn't move me. I then found the cable was working. By that time, I wanted a refund to get out of there. I couldn't even keep the tv on to drown out the noise of the highway. They wouldn't help. I called expedia and they tried to get in contact with the manager. Expedi sent an email and was told the manager would be there inthe morning and would speak to me about the credit. I went to take a shower and found the head was not properly attached to the pipe and the water sprayed all over me and the floor even though the shower head was facing in the opposite direction. The pool water was cloudy. The coffe at breakfats (if that's what you want to call it) was barely lukewarm. There were 2 stains on the comforter. One looked like lipstick. The body lotion bottle was totally empty. No USB ports. There was something in the AC/Heating vents that looked white and caked. When I went to check out, the front desk said the manager wouldn't be there. When I asked about the credit, he said the manager spoke to Expedia and they would be issuing the credit. I found out later that that was a total fabrication. I would never stay in another Comfort Inn and will blast this story everywhere I can find. I will be filing a major complaint with the corporate offices in MD.
