“We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome.”

“Spent the day exploring Cooperstown, and this place fit the experience perfectly. It has a great old-school feel that adds to the charm of the area. If my family and I are ever back this way, we’d absolutely stay here again. It was clean, very spacious, reasonably priced, and had that classic, comfortable atmosphere you just don’t find everywhere anymore. Highly recommend!”

“The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

“We needed an overnight place to stay for an out of town wedding that would fit 10 people comfortably. This house was better than we imagined. Clean, plenty of space, and the owner thought of everything you might need to make you comfortable. An easy check in process gave us the perfect resting space before we headed home the next day.
We all agreed if we ever need a place to stay in the future, we would definitely stay at this house again!”

“This home was beautiful and accommodated our family of 12 wonderfully. Fully furnished home even down to toys for our 4 year old grandson. The views are spectacular, my husband and I watched the sunrise over coffee before everyone arrived. We would recommend the quite retreat for anyone and will definitely stay here again. “Solid property that is close to Dreams Park and dining options. Host was responsive to our needs. Only issue was that the windows weren't acoustically sound and we could hear traffic at all hours of the night. Otherwise it was a perfect fit for us.”
