“Everything was good except we did not have hot water. When I told the desk person about the situation all she could say was that she would let the maintenance know. The next morning we found out that the entire hotel was with out hotwater and that the hotwater heater needed to be replaced. I would have been expected to be told that before I made my reservation or check in.”

“There is no lobby, check in is at the diner next door. In our first room, the TV didn't work and the employee couldn't get it to work. There also was no coffee pot, even though advertised. Apparently they get stolen too often so no longer get put in most rooms. We did get moved to a room with a working TV and a coffee pot, however the plug-in in the bathroom didn't work, thus the hair dryer couldn't be used. The young man on duty was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel has seen better days.……
