“Great house, old but well maintained with plenty of charm. Only issue with our stay was one of the beds advertised as a queen was a double/full instead. Grest location, would stay here again!”

“The check-in is a bit tedious but necessary. The unit was spotless and well appointed. it is very convenient to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, and Little Italy. There is a great dive bar across the street and the Murray Hill Market is a few blocks down Murray Hill Rd. Needless to say there are a lot Italian Restaurants within a short walk. One other thing, it is a very quiet neighborhood, which I was not expecting.”

“The house is very clean and has ample space to support a large group. The layout of the home is also nice for giving the louder/younger crowd some space while not disrupting those who may appreciate a little more peace and quiet. The game room in the basement, pool table upstairs, and board games offer plenty of options if you get a rainy day. Spacious deck for eating outside and a nice fire pit with seats provided. The host (Mark) is very responsive and was quick to address any questions. ...

“This studio was very close to my grandson at CWRU. Being close to him was very convenient. The studio itself was very clean but the hallways and stair landings had dead bugs and the windows were covered in cobwebs. The shower door would not stay closed. We put a towel over the door to keep it mostly closed. We told the owner and got a $25 amazon gift card. Stairs are narrow and creaky but that is expected in a older building. Because of the closeness to my grandson, I would stay there again.”

“We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Check in was simple and easy It was right where we needed to be with many restaurants within walking distance as well as the train station in Little Italy for a quick trip downtown. If you have a large vehicle the parking is going to be tight, but depending on where you want to be you might not need to drive.”

“Decor is top notch and the stay was overall comfortable. As a 100 year old structure there are functional and cosmetic issues that are 1-star deductible-worthy. Perhaps this brief list will encourage to owners to address: One of the bedroom doors does not close all the way. There is no drying rack or dishwasher. The bathroom sink drained slowly. The toilet is not fully secured down. The bathtub spigot is not fully secured. Gaps in the laminate flooring with edges that feel funny walking over.”
