"Awesome place to stay lots of areas to walk around and look at. The farm animals were really fun and the kids loved them. The pool, while smaller, was a very pretty area. Totally would stay again!"

"This place is amazing! It is surrounded by a bunch of beautiful juniper trees which helps with the wind and also making it QUIET. You can step outside and not hear anything other than the sounds of nature.
The property has lots going for it. The outdoor pool in the summer is a nice little area, volleyball, and little walking trails.
If you're down in this area, give it a go!"

"This property is the perfect combination of comfort and rustic. Our room had everything we needed for a short stay: living area with small fridge and microwave, a large bedroom with three comfortable beds, and a full bathroom. The AC and fans made it quite comfortable. This was upstairs, which was challenging for me. Next time I might choose a ground floor apartment or cabin. The best thing about this place is the beautiful scenery, hiking trails, farm animals, and other recreational amenities....

My reservation stated "Ranchette Ponderosa - The Freemont #2 at Wind Walker Homestead" and I was put in room #1. I don't know if there is any relationship between the name you reserve and what you get assigned. Rooms were clean and comfortable."

The coffee was fresh and ready for me every morning. He even allowed me to do my laundry during my stay. It was my first true B&B experience and I would definitely do it again. Thanks for everything! "Okay, if you want to be pampered this vrbo listing is for you!!:)They had a welcoming gift and another gift in the kitchen and a bathroom gift and I felt spoiled!!:)The fridge had drinks and bottled water in it!!:)Also, they have cute signs through the house telling you different things about the house which I loved!!:)The power one night was gonna be turned off for a few hours and they reached out to us to see if they could bring us flashlights or water!!:) They brought us water!!:)It is a beautiful modern home and decorated so beautiful with great views of there farm!!:)So much room with the loft area and it was just an amazing place to stay!!:)I would highly recommend this property to anyone, a 10/10 plus!!:)"

"I spent the weekend here with some friends and it was incredibly relaxing. One of the things I always appreciate when walking into a vacation rental is a fresh, clean scent, and this place delivered, it was immaculate. Everything felt brand new and clearly well cared for. The beds were all very comfortable, and even the Murphy bed got great feedback from one of the adults who slept on it. We felt like we were staying in our own little private villa with a beautiful view. There was plenty of space, plus all the essentials were provided. We especially loved how close it was to Palisade State Park for a day out at the beach. We will be back! "

"This property was originally built in 1851! Fully restored and upgraded while staying true to its pioneer roots. It is about a two minute walk to the Manti temple.The owners were more than generous with our checkout time and obviously take great pride in this historic home. The home easily fit 10 adults. We highly recommend it!"

"Super cute tiny house! We weren’t there for long, or very much, but it was great while we were there! We were in town for an all-night softball tournament, so only used the house for about 5 hours of sleep before heading home, but the beds were very soft and comfortable, the house was clean, and it had a lot of personality! The outdoor patio was cute, the garden looked amazing, and my daughter loved seeing the Jersey cows in the back stable! Eggs, cheese, vegetables, and pancake mix was provided, and I loved that they offered farm-to-table dinners if you give them enough notice. We’ll definitely be staying here again!"

"We loved Mindy’s cottage! The check in process was very smooth. It was just as it was listed. It was super clean and cute!! We came for side by side trip. We had plenty of space to park our truck and trailer. The beds were very comfy. There was plenty of towels and bedding. It was a nice place to come back to and relax after a long day of riding. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this is one of our favorites. We will definitely be back!"
