"The mini fridge in my room froze my dog food and milk over night. It didn’t have an adjustment nob. Problem with the key card deactivating before 11:00 while I was trying to load luggage out of the room to the car. It took 4 trips to the front desk to get a new key card that would work and a front desk attendant finally had to come up and open the door with a pass key."
