Gorgeous Grassmarket Apartment! En un patio tranquilo y seguro en el centro del casco antiguo

Esto, primer apartamento elegante y contemporáneo piso de dos a cuatro huéspedes se encuentra en una zona tranquila, a 200 años de edad Cerrar seguro, en el Grassmarket vibrante e histórica, y se encuentra a pocos pasos de las principales atracciones de Edimburgo y conexiones de transporte. La Royal Mile y el Castillo de Edimburgo están a unos 2 minutos a pie del apartamento y de Princes Street y la estación de tren de Waverley están a sólo 10 minutos a pie. Se trata básicamente de la ubicación perfecta para salir, la experiencia de todos los lugares y descubrir su propio Edimburgo!
Un bonito y amplio apartamento para dormir dos personas en el dormitorio en una lujosa cama King Size más un adicional de dos personas en un sofá-cama en el salón. Ideal para parejas o familias con niños. El apartamento se distribuye en planta abierta así que por favor tenga en cuenta que la zona del dormitorio está abierto a la sala de estar / comedor, separados por el armario.
El plan de vida luminoso comedor abierto / cocina y vistas al patio privado de la Cerca. Cocina totalmente equipada, tiene todo lo necesario, incluyendo un lavavajillas y lavadora / secadora. The perfect stay

Very clean and extremely well furnished appartment. We wanted to move in permanently. Located on the Grassmarket next to Victoria street with th Royal Mile just around the corner. In a few words: perfect.

We loved this home. It is well located in Grass Market; close to all amenities and highlights. The hosts include lots of small items which are so important to your comfort; paper towels, sugar, laundry soap, etc. The home is clean and bed is comfy. We will return.

What a great location!

What a great location and lovely apartment! Everything we needed was included and we loved being able to walk to everything including dinner at Howie’s and Bertie’s, up the hill to the Royal Mile and the cemetery on the other side. The apartment was so well appointed that we needed nothing for quick meal prep and clean up even down to the body wash and a little olive oil and laundry pods! Thanks so much for a wonderful time in Edinburgh and we would definitely recommend to others.
This is literally steps from the apartment. So easy! Victoria Street
Living area was much more spacious than anticipated!

Lovely stay!

Fiona's flat was the perfect location for us to explore Edinburgh during our time there. It's literally directly off the Grassmarket at the foot of Victoria Street - plenty of shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to popular locations in Old and New Town. The flat was just as described and had all the amenities you'd need. While we didn't make use of the kitchen for cooking, having the kettle and french press available for coffee and tea was perfect. (Fiona, thank you for having tea bags, coffee and milk available for us, and for the delicious tea cakes as a treat!) If we are ever back in the area, we would rebook this flat with Fiona in a heartbeat.

What a fantastic stay!

Personally we felt like the property was even more roomy than the pictures showed (often the reverse can be true). Everything was very clean and full of amenities. You walk right out onto the Grassmarket area and the start of Bow/Victoria St, so just a great location to explore. Tons of shops, restaurants, pubs right there, and good groceries are very close by as well. The host (Fiona) was very helpful and responsive. We'd highly recommend staying here! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Edinburgh Gem in Grass Market

Could not ask for a better location in all of Edinburgh as Grass Market is where you want to be. The Apartment itself as well as communication is as good as it gets, and we've rented several throughout Europe over the years. If you are looking for a full-size Apartment equipped with everything you need, look no further than less beautiful Apartment. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. We were there for 6 days and had a great time in this wonderful city. Thanks Fiona for all your help.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in Edinburgh. Fiona was great with communication prior to our arrival. I was a little confused as how to get into the flat, but I was able to call and she helped me get in with no problems. I would recommend this flat to any person or couple looking to stay in the heart of Edinburgh.

Quiet, Safe, Cozy, perfect location and wonderful welcome

After a crazy couple of flights to get to Edinburgh, Fiona's flat was such a welcome. We were wet and tired but upon entering, it was so clean, quiet, and warm. The card and treats that she left on the table were touching. The flat has everything you would need to cook a nice meal if you wanted to stay in. We cooked at least one meal a day. She had staples such as olive oil, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. The grocery store was only a 7 min walk from the flat. Fiona always responded so quickly whenever we had questions leading up to our stay and during our stay. Despite it being a few steps away from the busy Grassmarket, where the flat is situated guarantees privacy and tranquility both in the day and nighttime. We highly recommend Fiona's place and hope to return in the future. Thank you Fiona!
