“Nicely located as I was able to walk to almost everyplace I needed. The flat was a nice size and was decorated well. The bathroom was recently remodeled and was perfect, the walk-in shower was the perfect size. The kitchen was more than adequate for my extended stay. I was definitely pleased with this booking.”

“Nice room, with excellent bathroom. The outside needs tidying up and some painting, so we were initially concerned when we arrived, but the rooms were fine. Nice quiet location too. The cafe is shut due to staff illness, looks like has been for a while but the Two Flags cafe a mile down the road is excellent for all day breakfasts, especially if you like motorbikes.”

“great location on the edge of Oakham, easy walking to shops, cafes, pubs etc. Road parking was fine but the road is quite narrow with cars parked up both sides. lots of outdoor activities at Rutland water. Only 20 minute drive from the historic town of Stamford.plenty of hot water and house lovely and warm.”

“Myself and my husband and my dog Buster we had a fantastic stay at the barn. Everything we needed and a lovely welcome basket when we arrived.,, The bedding was so fresh and clean and even had duck down duvets and pillows, and the scenery was amazing when you went out into the garden you could see the horses which was so lovely. I would definitely recommend the barn , and Wendy, The owner was lovely. Nothing was a problem. I cannot wait to go back so thank you so much Wendy for our beautiful……
