“10/10! Immaculately clean. So perfectly decorated. Decent amenities provided. I travel frequently for work and have stayed in dozens of vacation homes. This is the only time I found nothing to improve. This is by far heads above the rest!!!”

“Very romantic. a lovely time. ”

“Needed somewhere clean to stop between drives This place fit perfectly with its simple setup plus outdoor pool available for breaks.”

“We liked the location of the home, it’s walkable. We have two small dogs and we walked them over the 4th street bridge into Olympia and around them neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable but the kitchen could use some newer utensils and a perhaps a water filter pitcher. We also would have appreciated some items like aluminum foil or plastic bags to store food items in the fridge. Since we visited during July, we appreciated the fans and the AC unit in the living room, but they were……

“The description and pictures were a bit misleading. Since there’s pictures of all 3 cabins, we weren’t sure exactly which one we booked. It was a lot smaller than expected. The floor was dirty. The place was riddled with tiny spiders. It seemed like it was bare minimum cleanliness. The lake was nice to stay by. There is no walking path so there wasn’t much to do around it. Also, only one sun chair.”

“Great quiet place on the lake. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Will be back!”

“Convenient location and parking. Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Coffee provided. Would stay again.”

“We were in town for a wedding and it met our needs and cheaper than hotel for 4 adults. However, the AC is only a portable Costco unit and works well in the living room only. The downstairs and bedrooms have no working AC, usually in WA not a problem but, it was warm during our stay. There was a slight "dog" or musty odor and they immediately brought us a air freshener which did solve the issue. I am not a pet person and usually stay in pet free places, my bad. Also one bathroom was a……

“We had a wonderful time in Olympia! Trail House was an excellent choice for us--it was a perfect jumping off place for all the trails we walked and trips to Mount Rainier, Poulsbo/Olympic National Park, and Seattle. The parks and trails around Olympia are amazing, as are the little shops and restaurants. Trail House was clean and well equipped for our needs--including a first aid kit and backpack cooler bag!”

“There were three adults and no pets who stayed four nights. The house was very roomy, clean, comfortable, and well furnished. We only ate breakfast and take out dinners at the house. It is located in the rural area which we preferred, and in a very quiet and well kept neighborhood; it was located within 45 minutes of the events we attended three days, and using GPS made travel easy. We heard the train maybe once a day when we were at home but it was more interesting than bothersome.……

“Beautiful houseboat with great view of the capital and water. Super clean and perfectly stocked for a comfortable and accommodating stay! Awesome deck off bedroom w plenty of seating, comfy bed with a/c both upstairs and down. Good food, drinks and fun atmosphere at the restaurant/bar at the marina. Be sure to ask Chris for lock box details at the entry to the dock. Highly recommend!”

“It’s just as listed , beautiful, clean, the hosts are over the top with hospitality , highly recommend!, great proximity to Mt Ranier and Olympic National Park. Very relaxing , the serenity of the forest!”

“Very nice place to stay. Dogs enjoyed the backyard. Quiet at night and the location was perfect.. Just like the listing said. Will stay there again”

“Location was great for my purposes. Very good amenities, everything you need to cook at home. Very comfortable setting. Parking is a little tricky if you park in the garage, but there's room in front of the unit that doesn't impede the main house.”

“I loved the property and the place it was amazing. The host was amazing and easy to communicate with”

“Amazing view, quiet neighborhood, great location to unwind.”

“What a great little gem I stumbled upon for a one night getaway. The house is very modern and was absolutely immaculate! The owners have put a lot of thought into their guests' (and accompanying pet's) comfort and it shows. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the outdoor patio was a perfect place to relax and watch the impromptu summer rainstorm roll in. Very private, especially due to the fact that the RV lot in front of the house was not booked. Even if it would have been, the house……

“If you want a comfortable, quiet place to relax and stay, then this is the place for you. You can prepare your own meals or eat at nearby restaurants that offer a variety of delicious foods. Also, the hot tub is a wonderful plus to soothe those tired muscles after a day of exploring the area in your vehicle and on foot.”

“This is a pleasant and well-equipped little cabin. There is a partial view of the lake from the kitchen window. Check out the photos of the loft before you book if you will have people sleeping up there. It is not for anyone with mobility issues or for children you don't trust with heights. Otherwise, it is a fun, comfortable place to sleep.”
