“Everything was great”

“Clean room, smooth check in, quiet location”

“We were only there overnight, for a funeral, so had no use for amenities. Just need a bed and shower, which were good.”

“There was no one at 5:30-6pm to check in. There was a note to call and someone did answer but seems very odd. Once in the room, discovered the refrigerator was full of water, there was chinese food leftover from a previous guest, there was what looked like a blood stain by the door (they did reply saying it was polish), there was a stain on the bedroom sheets on one bed, the vent in the bathroom was rattling terrible. The cart to bring luggage to the room was not working properly, the wheels……

“Good breakfast- we really enjoy our breakfast. my recognition to the lady who works in the kitchen she does excellent job- very nice person so kind person. Say HI to her in behalf me and my husband. Room was clean , beds are comfortable. Bathroom are clean- just need make sure to refill shampoo, conditioner and body wash it was not enough for our stay (3 nights). I will reserve this hotel for future visit and recomen this hotel.”

“The cinnamon rolls were not soft. The toilets in 2 of our 3 rooms didn't flush and had to have the stopper pulled after each use. One coffee machine was out of order. Otherwise, nice stay and great location for our activities. They also deactivated our key cards early before checkout which caused one party to get locked out of their room.”

“The pool closes at 10, if there is not a lot of people staying the don’t serve breakfast, and it’s not that clean for the price!!”

“Perfectly fine hotel but great staff! We were spending the night in River Falls for a concert and picked this hotel because it was very close to the venue. The hotel itself was exactly what we expected it to be, but I have to mention the great staff. The lady who checked us in was super friendly. When leaving the next morning, I had to chase down staff not once but twice because I left things in my room. The staff person couldn’t have been nicer helping me, never made me feel like I was a……
