"This property is a confusing maze of hallways with absolutely no signage indicating where the lobby is. The key stopped working and to get to the desk it took forever. There is One elevator for all the wings. We wandered around with two other rooms'guests in the morning looking for the lobby. Our room had wallpaper that was warped and coming off the wall. The hallways smelled like cigarettes."

"Hotel needs update. The hotel property and rooms in general for the price were okay. If you’re expecting a super clean accommodation, the Baymont in current condition is not your place. Reception person was okay, lacked inviting customer soft skills. He simply filled the job and complained about long working hours. He was okay. I sadly misread that pool and spa were seasonally closed. Super disappointed when all other hotels in Sedona, Mesa and Phoenix had open pools, I simply looked at the pics. The pool and hot tub were super important to me. Missed breakfast, left early. Parking was good and easy. Will not stay at a Baymont by Wyndham again. Pillow and pillowcases has weird stains."

"Clean room, but noisy air conditioning unit, which was hard to sleep. Breakfast was simple yet fine. Breakfast set up was not conducive to an easy flow of people going through. Bottle neck of people especially in the hot Breakfast area which was too narrow and tight. Tables too close to serving counters and to each other. People reaching over each other and standing over those sitting at tables waiting to get to serving area. Some tables not wiped off properly, sticky and with crumbs. This area needs better management. Pool area clean, laundry machines excelente, all day coffee nice. Loved having a microwave and fridge in our nice spacious room which had a comfy chair and leg rest. The room staff where on top things. Front desk staff very accommodating- helped with early check in. Noise level in the hall ways none existent. I would give them another try. Hope they can configure the Breakfast area better and keep up with cleaning tables a little better. Loved they had cookies and some treats in the lobby too. Will book again."

"Didn’t get top floor room, very noisy, people above us were running around a lot. Not much on breakfast menu. Wouldn’t book this hotel again. You get what you pay for. Price was right. "

"We only stopped on our way home for the night because we wanted to play at the casino. Weren’t able to try much of the other amenities. The hotel itself was very good and the room was spacious and clean. "

"When we arrived yo the hotel we were sent to a room that was not ready and they quickly gave us a clean room. The hotel was great the only thing I noticed was it needed a little vacuuming in the hallways. Other than that we were satisfied with our room. "
