"Shuttle pickup from ORD is by prior arrangement. We forgot to call so there was no pickup. The hotel is aging but clean. Very comfortable beds but the pillows were tiny. We didn’t have breakfast but did eat at the restaurant. It was unremarkable. "

"I have stayed here many times and the staff is great but my room had a a very bad smell . Staff is always great but I stayed for 3 nights and I ran out of towels. Still a good value but I may change to a different hotel at Midway airport. Great Mexican food across the street. I would recommend but it's "no frills". Also, good free breakfast, if you're on a Budget."

"Clean room"

"The room was filthy. I had my toddler with me and it was not at all to a standard where they could play. The bed comfort was awful and the pillows smelled terrible. The AC didn’t work and we desperately needed it and nobody could help us. The AC fan whistled all night so nobody slept. Literally the worst place I have ever stayed and I have to stay by the Chicago airport every other month or so. Never again."
