Family Reunion

My wife and I and three adult kids rented this home for the extra bedrooms and A/C for our trip home to Erie for a family reunion. It’s in a great location within a very safe and walkable neighborhood. The host is super responsive and an excellent communicator - we had a great stay all the way around!

Very nice place located near all that we needed

Rented this place for a weekend getaway with longtime friends. Accommodations were very clean and the owner was very cooperative and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great Stay Close to the Beach

Our family enjoyed the clean, comfortable space. We really appreciate the proximity to all the activities we enjoy most when we come to Erie. There were no issues during my stay so I did not have to communicate with the host but they reached out immediately upon check in to make themselves available if needed.

Beach escape

The house was very comfortable, cozy and inviting. The neighborhood safe and quiet. The pictures were accurate and described it perfectly. Check in and check out were a breeze and Shanna was a lovely host who contacted me at the beginning and end of our trip. The house was close to Waldemeer as well as Presque Isle. We had 3 kids under 12 with us and they had a blast at both locations. I would stay here again.

Perfect location

Couldn’t have picked a better location for Waldemeer and Presque Isle. Very quiet and nice spot.

good location

The location of this property was very convenient to Presque Isle and other Erie attractions. We felt safe in this neighborhood. The kitchen was very nice and updated. The neighbor in the apartment above the garage was very friendly. On the downside, there is only one thermostat in the house downstairs. I wish this property would have had a separate AC unit and thermostat for the second floor, like other rental properties where I have stayed. The second floor, where all bedrooms are located, was uncomfortably warm during our stay. There are ceiling fans above the beds, but I had trouble sleeping because it was too warm. We tried opening some of the windows, but they are old and some were problematic.

Gannon Graduation Weekend

Our host was amazing. Easy to reach with questions and quick responses with suggestions. This cottage is so adorable, clean, and easy to get to. It was the perfect spot for resting in between activities, for enjoying a lovely dinner to celebrate our graduate, and for spending time with those we love. The beds were super comfortable and the furnishings were perfect. We can’t wait to find a weekend to come back!!

Cozy

The property was easily accessible and close to any activities, only a short drive to Presque peninsula there is a Beach accessible in walking distance, but there is many steps you would have to climb up and down to get to it. The house was very cozy with plenty of room, very clean and even have a yard that was big enough that the kids could play outside
