Perfect Montana getaway
Family and I had a great week staying at the cabin and enjoying both sides of glacier. We knocked out all the hikes we planned the first few days so we’re able to hang out and enjoy the cabin and some local trails on our last day. Cabin was exactly what my wife and I were looking for when we planned our trip and we would stay here again on future trips.

Beautiful cozy cabin in the woods
This lovely cabin was very well equipped. We were greeted with a gift basket and a bottle of wine! We liked the fact that they provided all the condiments such as ketchup, butter , coffee etc. Our hosts, Wayne and M.J. were always available via phone for any questions or help.( they live close by) M.J. found a camera cord that my sister left behind and promptly mailed it to her. This place is awesome!!!

Secluded Getaway
This property did not disappoint and was exactly what we were looking for. It is a place to disconnect and connect with nature. We loved taking walks in the afternoon, even in the snow. You do have quite a drive to get to any major stores, but we did not mind. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway
We had a wonderful week in Montana with all its natural beauty and it was just as much pleasure to come back to our cabin and relax at the end of each day. Our cabin was clean and well equipped with all its modern features. Spacious inside with a full modern kitchen and bath. Comfortable queen size beds and open spacious downstairs sitting area. Outside deck with large grill gave us a perfect place to make some dinners at the end of the day and eat under the Mountain View. Wayne was friendly and gave us great suggestions to see some of Montanas natural beauty. Thank you again!

Celebrating 20 years at Bear Creek Cabin
Just pulling up to the cabin we knew we picked the right place for our stay. The cabin and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. The cabin was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. We were surprised with a card, charcuterie platter and bottle of wine for our anniversary! Wayne came to meet us as soon as we were around long enough for him to do so (we left early every day and returned late). He was very friendly and welcoming. He also came to boy us adieu with MJ. The cabin was so quiet and peaceful and we wished so badly we could bottle up the smell of the surrounding forest and bring it back with us! We enjoyed our stay so much and when we come back to Glacier National Park again we will certainly book with Bear Creek Cabin. Thank you for everything!

The Bear Creek Cabin was the perfect place our Glacier National Park adventure! The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Wayne was very friendly, and checked in several times to make sure we were doing ok. The location of the cabin was ideal as well, allowing us to be able to travel to all of the park entrances with a reasonable drive. We would strongly recommend The Bear Creek Cabin and hope to return soon!

Perfect Glacier Cabin!!
This cabin was the perfect retreat for our anniversary trip to Glacier National Park. It was pretty close to both East and West Glacier and was such a cozy, beautiful place to come back to after a long day of hiking and exploring. We really appreciated the hosts’ advice, hospitality, and check ins as well as all the amenities they provided us with (I.e bear spray, firewood, binoculars, etc). We will be back again for sure!!

Convenient to both the East and West entrances of the park. Had neighbors, but felt secluded and so very peaceful. Enjoyed watching the wildlife come into the yard and evenings around the fire pit.

Bear Creek Cabin
Wayne and MJ maintain a beautiful, comfy, and super clean cabin. On arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine, cheese and meat tray and fresh apples. It was greatly appreciated after traveling for 10 hours. All the amenities exceeded our expectations. The four acres give my son and daughter-in-laws dog plenty of space to roam. If you want a comfortable, clean, and quiet cabin to stay in…..I highly recommend Bear Creek Cabin. Glen and Gloria

We were not planning on hiking, wanted to take a tour of the park (Glacier Nat'l) by car. The weather was not the greatest on the last 3 days we were there, rained and snowed. Saw 2 moose in the yard of the cabin Wayne, the owner, was the best! I would recommend highly for anyone wanting to go and hike or just chill at the cabin.

Beautiful, we’ll-equipped mountain cabin
This cabin is just the right amount of rustic with great amenities. We loved how quiet it was and the beautiful drives into GNP. We were really thankful they provided binoculars to use and bear spray. We didn’t use the spray but carrying it gives you peace of mind. Because many restaurants were closed for the season we did a bit of cooking. This cabin has quality kitchenware and a great gas grill. The beds upstairs aren’t separated by a full wall. No problem for the two of us, but something to note if you’re coming with more people. Mark and Wayne were very helpful both before and during our trip. We would definitely recommend this cabin.

We enjoyed our 4 nights at the cabin in the woods. We were welcomed with a nice basket of goodies. We were able to cook a good meal—the kitchen had lots of nice pots and pans, dishes and everything we else we needed including spices. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable. The cabin had lots of windows and we enjoyed the views from all windows. We were warned that bears, cats, and other animals roamed the area. We did enjoy our walks that we took with our dog 2 times a day. I don’t know if I’m happy or sad that we did not see any bears!!! We talked to our host before we left and enjoyed meeting him. He gave us a brief history of his cabin.

A slice of heaven!
We will definitely be back & recommend to family & friends 😀 Due to our late arrival, Wayne left the lights on for us. Such a sweet gesture! The cabin felt like “home” from the minute we pulled into the driveway. Wayne was so helpful. We appreciated all of his suggestions. I could go on & on but just to name a few… the beds were comfy, shower was hot, loved the hammock, and the sunrise & sunsets were exceptional! This cozy cabin was the perfect landing spot after our long Glacier hikes. I loved that it was almost the same distance between Apgar & Two Medicine. Favorite hikes: Grinnell Glacier, High Line, Iceberg, Cracker, Avalanche & Two Medicine Loop. Next stay we will definitely be exploring the cabins local trails. We loved every minute of this beautiful cabin. Thank you Sand family!

We were two couples, and this place was perfect for us. The owner was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. He gave us several good suggestions about where to hike in Glacier, and we saw a black and grizzly bear, and a moose and her baby. The cabin was charming. Would gladly stay there again.

Great Cabin for our Glacier Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It was the perfect size for our family of four. Location was easy to find. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating both inside and outside on the deck. There are other cabins nearby yet we felt secluded. We saw wildlife including a little black bear that walked through the area. The property owner stopped by our first night to welcome us and gave some great suggestions on things to do in the area. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful location and cozy cabin
Loved our stay right by the East entrance of Galcier The hosts were very helpful and accommodating , greeted us the second day of stay. Loved the fridge stacked with small things like coffee, creamer, butter, milk...hot chocolate and the gift of local wine and local teas and crackers to go with as a welcoming gift. Couldn't have been happier with our stay. Also the cabin had a grill which we used nightly and the hammocks which were enjoyed by our two kids. The outdoor fire ring with wood provided for us was also our favourite part to hang out at night.
