Great vacation option at Carlton Landing

I recently stayed at this property with my children and my in-laws. It was a fantastic property in a great location. The first floor has a large, open space that includes the kitchen, dining area, and TV room space. This was a great place for the family to all hang out. There is a main floor master suite, which was great for my in-laws (they have a harder time with stairs). Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms which are all spacious. The kids room has bunkbeds, a futon/couch, and its own TV, which was great. In the closet, the kids were so excited to find games and toys to play with. While all of Carlton Landing is nice, I really liked this area as we were close to a pool and right across the street from the Bocce Ball courts. The property came with a golf cart, which made the entire place easily accessible! I would absolutely stay here again.

Our family (ages 3- 66) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It’s spacious, well located, and included a golf cart! We loved our time there!

Love Carlton Landing

This is our third time to stay in Carlton Landing. Such a fun family place for visiting, sharing meals, walking, sitting by the fire pit and fishing. It is a great summer place, but my crew likes it in the off season too.

Amazing house - roomy, state-of-the-art appliances, high end furniture/beds…and so much more!!

We stayed Thursday-Sunday with our family and grandchildren. The house is just beautiful inside and out. It was perfect for our summer’s end vacation. We spent a lot of time on the front porch as there was plenty of room and a sturdy, comfortable swing that always fit any combo of adults and kids! The showers and bathrooms were immaculate and modern with extra amenities similar to a five star hotel. There were so many special and thoughtful touches we discovered as far as family games, a large quantity of pretty China and serving dishes, insulated drink tumblers, extra long table for meals that fit all 10 of us with room to spare, washer/dryer (we didn’t bring home any laundry to do!) and easy access to pools and the lake. The Carlton Landing community feels safe and has so many areas to explore and discover on walks or cart rides. We appreciated to fast responses from VRBO ahead of time regarding questions on specifics! The Carts of Carlton had our two rental carts fully charged and ready to go before we arrived. Mama Tig’s pizza was a huge hit and we also enjoyed the friendly access to lake activities (kayaks, lily pad- perfect for the little ones and adults), and readily available ice for our coolers. Having so much space provided privacy as nice as any luxurious suite. However, it felt homey and elegant at the same time. We cannot rave enough about the Blue Heron and look forward to returning each year. Thank you for the experience! ❤️

So very comfortable and just what we needed!

This home was SO well appointed with most all we needed and wanted. It was the perfect set up for our family...2 young married couples with one 8 month old and mom and dad (new grandparents). We spent hours talking and laughing in the porch morning and night. Watched movies, and cooked in the big kitchen. Everyone had their own space and plenty of room to spread out and find a special quiet place when needed. Just across from the bocce ball courts and ping pong, and just a golf cart ride away from the marina, pools and meeting house. We loved our time here! Great, quick communication to answer our questions as well. Thank you!

Beautiful and Spacious

This home is perfect for family and also pet friendly. We had plenty of room for 6 adults and one 4 month old. Had a little communication issue at first but did get better. Only thing I would change is have a way to make full carafes of coffee instead of one cup at a time in a Keurig. Very beautiful home thanks for sharing it with us.

Perfect house!

Stayed here for a short spring break trip. This house is in the best location in CL. Right in front of bocce ball courts. Easy walking distance to pool and meeting place. The house was beautifully decorated with comfy beds. We loved eating on the front porch and the giant porch swings were our favorite!
