“Overall, it was very convenient location that I didn't need to go through the security again. All the facility (equipment) are very new and very comfortable stay with short sleep. The reservation system needs to be improved that staff needed to verify several times accessing internal system. ”

“Very clean facility and nice helpful staff. Easy to get to both train stations (Norte, Chamartín) although Norte is a bit of a walk. But I'm 74 and didn't have a problem. I think i would recommend the double pod for solo travelers. Much more room and the lockers are bigger. Kind of a dorm like experience with common showers and bathrooms.”
