“Right when we walked in Jenna was so amazing! She answered our questions and got us into our sweet little room. We had a jetted tub and comfy bed and pillows. We ate at Bob’s in the hotel had good drinks and good food. Not a lot happening in Sumas but the lodge is awesome and so are its people. We will be back. 💕”

“We couldn't have asked for a better place to ring in the new year. This property offered exactly the peaceful retreat we were hoping for, with stunning natural beauty all around. Between the property's gardens and the Sehome Arboretum just around the corner, we felt right at home. The hosts struck the perfect balance of being warm and helpful when needed, but respectful of our space and privacy throughout our stay. Dog lovers will be in heaven here, we certainly were! “If you're looking for a quiet place with nice staff and a clean bed for a couple of nights, this will work. If you expect a minimum standard of upkeep, you'll be disappointed. Pros: Quiet facility, friendly staff, well lit parking, proximity to WWU, hot water, decent water pressure, the bed was comfortable, the linens are alright. Cons: Very dated, many things are in various states of disrepair (room lock, dripping faucet, hot/cold temp control in the shower spins without engaging), dirty……
