The staff was wonderful - friendly & super accommodating, especially Miss Shirley!! However, the facility itself could use some cosmetic improvements, and having to walk up and downstairs due to the out of order elevator was quite an inconvenience.

I have absolutely no criticism other than a slightly musty smell on entry, but it may have been closed up for awhile before our visit. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would ordinarily need. The hot tub was very clean and hot -- so comfortable -- with plastic cups to take beverages outside. ...

We absolutely loved staying here. Brian greeted us and made us feel right at home. Everything was beautiful decorated, the bed were amazing, bathrooms stunning, and a kitchen any chef would love.
