Discover this renovated house in 2021 in Porto Colom, located in a quiet area just a 15-minute walk from Cala Marsal, one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The property features 3 bedrooms with double beds (150x2), plus a sofa bed and a baby cot, spread over two floors. It also has 2 full bathrooms, one en suite and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious living room offers free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with international channels.

The private garden of 140 m² is perfect for relaxing, with a 15 m² enclosed terrace for enjoying alfresco dining. The rooftop terrace offers privileged panoramic views. Additionally, the house has access to a shared pool for cooling off on sunny days.
