"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel & staff very efficient, friendly & helpful. Gigi the lady who checked us in was very helpful.
Unfortunately the sink in the bathroom was very slow to empty, if we’d stayed more than one night I would have got it looked at. The shower doesn’t have a door as such & the water goes all over bathroom floor which could make it slippery, it either needs a door or the shower tray should be deeper. But apart from that I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice & variety. "

"Great location, impeccably clean with friendly, helpful staff. The added bonus of the cinema makes this our go to London hotel now as it’s very useful on wet days or just to relax for a bit. We didn’t have to time to use the spa but definitely will make time on our next trip. "
