"Have an oversized truck that would not fit in the parking garage. Parking with the “nook” parking for a fee made life much easier with in and out access during game weekend. "
"Great location, great service, clean rooms, pet friendly, and ample parking. It made for a great stay.
My only recommendation would be to put the smoking areas further from the doors. It was unpleasant to have to enter and exit through a cloud of cigarette smoke. "
"Upon arrival, I was quickly greeted by a very friendly young man who got us checked in quite quickly. We made our way to a spacious room with a moveable desk, loveseat/sleeper and king bed. The room design is modern retro with a wall cabinet enclosing the small refrigerator that screams 1970s design. The shower "enclosure" was an open design with plenty of depth for 2. Sitting the shower of results on a beautiful metallic ring as the shower head drips onto the drain cover. The large TV is mounted on a swivel mount to adjust it's viewing angle to your liking. The only negative I noted is that loveseat. It's quite probably the most uncomfortable, badly designed seating I've ever experienced. The shape is odd. The back is very deep from the seat front. It's difficult to just get comfortable sitting. Sleeping might be another story. I would still recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay in the St Louis area."
"Great place to stay with my family, plenty of places to eat in and around the hotel, parking is valet or self park for a fee but it’s kept safe in garage, we had an amazing view or the arch from our window. Very safe area. Plenty of electronics charging ports. They provide ice water all day for guests in lobby, very welcoming."
Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
10/10 Excellent
"The customer service was great, everyone at the front was exceptional. We forgot a stuffed animal and called a few hours later. They immediately went to look for it and held it at the front until we could pick it up. I believe his name was Tony, very kind! "
"Breakfast was typical breakfast buffet food, except for the pancakes - staff member was making them fresh! Really appreciated that. Bed was fine, but thermostat in room was set at 80 degrees - took a LONG time to cool off during this heat wave. "
Magnolia Hotel St. Louis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Visited to attend a game at Busch Stadium, see the arch and just to check St. Louis out. The hotel was nice, the staff were super friendly and I was very pleased with the stay."
"James Meyer in the dining area was very very, very helpful and very understanding of my health condition
Kay at the front desk was very helpful too
Only recommendation that I can see is maybe handicap bars in the bathroom area in a toilet toilet I’m not in a wheelchair, but some things would make it easier with my age and health"
"My stay at TownPlace Hotel was very comfortable. If you are in the area for awhile this hotel is better than an Airbnb. My family and I stayed for an entire week and it was a perfect fit for us. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials that you need, just purchase food to prepare (Walmart is walking distance). When you bring any matter to their attention, they do their best to make you comfortable. They went out of their way to add new options for breakfast. If you do not have transportation, the Metro line is in walking distance. We used the metro line into downtown St. Louis many times. Something to consider is that parking is not free in the city, so using the train or bus would be convenient. I will be looking out for TownePlace Hotels wherever I travel. I highly recommend."
"We had a flat tire on our way so our check in was going to be 3 am. They were very accommodating. The front desk guy seemed to have a bit of an attitude but the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and understanding. Very clean and quiet. We had a pet room and there was definitely an odd smell tlbut thats expecting with pets. My dog loved the hunt. The sheets smelled fresh and everything was comfortable. "
