“I booked a room for 2 nights and was highly dissatisfied. The first room I was given smelled terrible and when I requested another room I was told they all smelled the same. After insisting with management for several minutes I was reluctantly given another room. Upon entering the new room, the sink was full of live bugs, but it was late so I stayed in the room regardless. “We came down for my granddaughters finish up at Georgia Southern school of nursing. A graduation and pinning. It was a great stay. We really enjoyed the home and it provided enough space for everyone. Enough sleeping rooms and bath rooms to allow comfortable sleeping and no rushed bathroom times. “We stayed at his property for three nights. The host went above and beyond to familiarize us with the area and even taught us how to crab and fish. The house is home from home (has everything you need for a relaxing vacation). Our kids (9-14) enjoyed kayaking in the creek, crabbing at the dock and fishing in the stream. I would definitely return to this property for our next stay. ”

“We loved the old house and the old time feel. It had a lot of character and a lot of antiques but also friendly for kids of all ages. They just said put it up high if little hands would touch it. We would love to come to this same house for another vacation. We were all sad to leave!”
