“The house is located in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. Trails were so close & nice for a morning hike in the foothills. The pool was lovely and the grill in good condition for a bbq. The host was very responsive, providing good suggestions for things to do in the area. We will rent again when visiting our family in Phoenix. Thank you!! ”

“Convenient location, clean, and photos were true to the property’s furnishings and condition. Well appointed kitchen (note that the owner doesn’t allow renters to use the fridge water or ice maker…they consider doing so a liability). Really nice to have a garage. The owners don’t control the community pool so no stars docked, but note that if you are wanting a very nice pool, this isn’t it. It’s small with only one shade option. Neighborhood is gated and quiet.”

“The condo was bright, clean, and spacious. It contained everything we needed. The heated pool and hot tub were great. It was easy to get around from there - only 1 mile from the 202 Hwy. The landlord responded to questions promptly and was very accommodating. We would definitely consider coming back.”
