It's not the Ritz, but excellent value. There was an issue with the reservation that was my fault and the night manager, Ricardo, spent a fair amount of time making calls and emails while also helping other guests. Due to his kindness, diligence, and professionalism, Ricardo resolved the situation completely for which i was very grateful. He did an excellent job helping me. Thank you again, Ricardo."
