"The location and tranquility of the surroundings were wonderful. The room was as advertised and expected. What was unique and made our stay memorable was the proprietors and their staff. From the minute we pulled into the parking lot until we had to leave, Sam and Anne did everything they possibly could to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast buffet and evening meals were delicious and more than we expected. Our bed was very comfortable. Sam provided excellent advice about sites to see and...

"The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "

"We have stayed here 3 times. It is very convenient to the Gare. Also walking distance from centreville and the nearby park and art museum. The bus routiere is right here, as well, along with some nice restaurants of varying price ranges."

"Even before our arrival only the day after cross border travel was allowed the hotel was very helpful explaining how they were operating with "social distancing and health precautions. On arrival and during our stay they were brilliant.....taking every health precautions, but making a warm and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant arrangements were brilliant....the food was excellent, even though they apologised for a " reduced" menu and the atmosphere was warm and friendly.
