“Poor room, large opening under the door which allows in bugs, no access to the pool, no breakfast. I had a king size bed to go visit my husband and was told I wasn’t allowed guest and was constantly bothered by large bugs in my room I had to fold towels on the door seal to keep them out. I had no access to the WiFi bc there was on key card folder with information and there’s no way in the room to contact room service so you have to go online and find the contact number to call them”

“The first morning breakfast was awful. No eggs, no potatoes, cold sausage. The following 2 days were OK. The pool was closed so couldn't be used. We were there 3 days.
