“Clean room / could hear others through the walls”

“Excellent”

“Room was good, but to be picky, only one Kleenex in the box! I wasn’t thrilled by that. I didn’t stay for breakfast. I’ll probably stay there again ”

“The kitchen was perfect ”

“I recently stayed at the Hilton in Dothan, Alabama, and my experience was far from satisfactory. After paying for a specific room, I was given a completely different one that lacked basic amenities. To my dismay, the bathroom didn’t even have a shower, and it seemed they assigned me a handicap room instead. I had spoken with Kara earlier in the morning, and she confirmed that my room would be ready upon my arrival. However, when I got there, it had been given to someone else. To make matters……

“Staff was friendly, room and bathroom were clean.”

“The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options.”

“The room was spacious. The staff was very nice. The room was clean. Hotel was easy to find and had lots of businesses close by to shop and eat at.”

“I chose this hotel based on reviews indicating that it was clean, but it was not. The property was unkempt, the room was "sort of clean", and I wouldn't even touch the bedspread. To be fair, I would say that the place has the potential to be quite nice if they gave greater effort toward cleanliness and maintenance/beautification of the property.”
