First of all breakfast was great! 5 stars there for sure. Management good also. Front desk worker was buried in her phone every day we went past. There was a time getting breakfast where she said good morning, I thought to me, but went past me because there was a person waiting at front desk and she was smoking outside. Room smelled of marijuana and had a lot of room for improvement in cleanliness. Elevator had a juice container for two days so this is obviously not checked. The area is a drug central around it but was not bothered by anyone, just not safe. Had I looked into this prior I would not have stayed here but did. Or know the area. By far worst Hilton I’ve stayed at.

This is the hotel that i have been in the people at the desk was so kind and friendly. Everything was was clean. Beds were pretty comfortable. I will make sure that we stay again.

Really good hotel but I will say I stayed on the 6th floor and my boyfriend went down to get blankets for our kids and they told him they will bring them up, but never came up to give them so we had to give the kids our blanket. Other than that it was perfect!

Very nice hotel, it should be more secured!! Several kids let us know they weren’t staying there, but were utilizing the pool & basketball count…one even stole my steak out the lobby 😂😂😂 i mean that’s okay! But definitely need to be more secured for paying individuals

The rooms were dirty. The floor in our room was wet & sticky. The whole place smelled weird. A creepy man followed us to the elevator inside the hotel & when we got on, he left. No bedding for the pullout couch. Had to go downstairs to get some and was told they were out of pillows and gave us the last set of sheets and a thin blanket, neither which fit the mattress. 2 of the outside doors would not open with our room keys. Only one elevator worked but guess we should be grateful that at least it did. Best part of the stay was the breakfast. Rooms were way to expensive for what we received. Half the lights in the hallway on our floor were either burned out or flickering. The entire hotel was way too hot! Our room never cooled off. Fridge smelled weird too. I mean, what more can I say? Definitely will not be staying here again. 👎

The property didn’t have enough towels for guests. The ironing board was broken. Hallways are hot. Pool wasn’t available for the two days we were booked. No fan in the restroom to extract the humidity when showering. One person taking care of guest on Saturday. Not a good experience. We either had to wait for things we needed or didn’t get by them at all. First and last time we stay there.

The property is clearly located in a high crime, high narcotic use area. Thinking that since it was a Hilton it was a safe choice. Boyyyyy was i wrong. Meth/Crack heads walking the street. The area was horrible. The room description stated Double Room King Bed, so we assumed there would be two rooms with a king bed. That was not the case at all. It is one room with 1 king bed and a pull out sofa. Upon check in we are told the pool was open because we had 4 kiddos with us. People even came in needing towels for the pool. Later that evening there was a sign on the pool that said closed for the season. I spoke with two different people about the pool one said he did not know why the pool was closed and the other said it was closed because it needed to be inspected by the city. I am a Hilton member and have stayed at a lot of Hilton properties but this one is by far the worst. The only good thing i can say is that the front desk person was very polite and the breakfast was decent.

Reserve una suite para 4 personas, pero solo había 2 toallas. El jabón de la regadera se acabó muy pronto y a pesar de que asearon la habitación no lo repusieron. El sofá cama no tenía ropa de cama. Hubo que ir a la recepción a buscarla. Si lo había 4 ganchos, literalmente 4 ganchos, en en el close de una suite. Había tabla para planchar pero no había plancha. La pedí en la recepción y nunca la facilitaron. La cocina solo tenía 2 platos para cereal, dos cuchillos y una olla. Si quieres estar ahí por una larga estancia, no sirve para nada.

DO NOT STAY HERE
The condition of the hotel was surprisingly bad. The lobby looked great but beyond that, no a/c in halls or elevator in 100 degree weather. Whole hotel smelled terrible like vomit and/or animals. The hotter it got, the worse it smelled. The bed didn’t have an actual blanket, it was a mattress cover between the sheets and the coverlet. Damage throughout hotel and rooms… peeling wallpaper, filthy carpets etc.
