“Stayed for a long weekend to enjoy the area. The home had great AC keeping the home cool in the humid hot July temps we experienced. The pool was the perfect size for 2 kids to swim around in and the endless swim current made for fun floating around. The arcade games were perfext for all ages to play on. The home has lots of space, high end appliances, and comfortable furnishings. We had a great time exploring nearby Red Wing, and stopping for a drink at Mr. Sippi just down the road. We are already planning our next visit! ”

“We had a great and comfortable stay at this historic hotel. We were happily surprised about the bar in the basement, the friendly bartender and the delicious cocktails. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was tasty and fresh. ”

“The carriage house was very nice. The bedrooms are a bit strange as you have to go through the main bedroom to get to the bunkbed room. The downside of things was we brought our dog and there was only one dog friendly dining option around. Reads Landing Brewery says pet friendly on their website, but they aren't. You have to sit away from the building on the picnic tables, serve yourself and can only order appetizers off the menu.”

“This home is very comfortable, cozy and clean. The sunroom and outdoor space are lovely as well. The location is excellent. It is walking distance to downtown where you can enjoy the marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, gift shops, etc. It a close drive to the charming cities and communities of Wabasha, Red Wing, Pepin, Stockholm and Alma. Highly recommend.”

“Very clean, well stocked property. Check in and check out was easy. Hot tub was an added bonus however it was too hot outside to spend much time in it unfortunately. We were there for my nieces wedding at the winery so it was really close to the venue. I would recommend this place to others. ”

“Our son got married at the SkyRoom venue. The wedding party stayed at the Welch House. It was so convenient for us to stay at this property with other family attending the wedding. We saved a baby bird that fell into your egress window well. Neighbors were helpful with the rescue mission!”

“We threw a very chill bachelorette party for my cousin & this rental was a great find! The pool was right next to the house which was perfect for us. Beau was very responsive and accommodating - if we needed something he could provide it for us within minutes. The view was beautiful and we were in walking distance from all of the activities we did. Would definitely go back & will be recommending to others!”
