"We had a pleasant stay! It was very hot when we arrived. The first room we were given did not have working air conditioning. However, we spoke with Josh at the front desk, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a room with working air conditioning. Josh is a valuable employee and deserves a raise in how well he goes above and beyond for the customers. One main point, all the rooms are advertised having working air conditioning. I would recommend to management you address the cooling situations to take pressure off your employees. We ate next door, and the staff and food were wonderful! Antonio at the restaurant was very friendly and made sure our meal was great."

"I liked the hotel overall and thought the staff were all really nice! The swimming pool and steam room were good and bar was nice too! The reception areas also nice! My issue however was we were given a room that absolutely reeked of dog! As we’d been to races and then went to health club we didn’t really notice until 10pm and couldn’t be bothered to change! Seems there had been a doggie convention there a few days before and although sanitised and clean the room really smelled! I’d give the hotel another go but dont think they should put guests in rooms until smell has gone ! I’d ask to move next time ! Bed was super comfortable though and I think overall was good value stay"

"The Garden wing is uninspiring upon arrival but inside is first class for quality and cleanliness. Room and en suite nicely furnished and laid out. Not a big room so, with the extremely high temperatures during our stay, became very warm. No aircon but a fan was already in situ. The main building was lovely and cool with doors open for through draughts and aircon in the restaurant. The grounds were excellent for walking and the gardens have great potential. Good quality food. Service good throughout - especially considering a wedding celebration was being hosted. Disappointed that disabled bays were occupied by a works van and two cars - none of which were displaying blue badges. Shouldn't be difficult to monitor as car reg is input on arrival."

"First of all i would like to say that the bedding was ruined on 2 singles.. Stained disgusting took photo.. Had someone to change the bedding .. None of us could sleep at night we were told then it was where the pipes were on & off all night .. Stayed here 3 times i don’t think i will be coming back .. Another hotel would have put us in another room .. The bedroom was really big .. It would be nice to have some sort of a discount .."
