"Didn't know there was a $20 charge for parking. You could also hear other hotel guests in the next room. Also hear alot of slamming doors whwn trying to sleep. "

"I booked a room to celebrate my mom and sisters birthdays I called in advance and asked if we’d have any problems having a girls slumber party and they said they were all set and we’d have no problems. 10 pm on a Saturday night we’re playing a card game and laughing- no music, no tv, just chatting and the room next door complained- the walls are thin. Instead of making sure we were supported in advance as requested they put us next to people and asked us if we wanted to move because they were complaining- they should have offered to move them and honestly they should have put us somewhere where talking isn’t a problem. It wasn’t even late. We toned it down and started to get ready for bed and they come again and say they are complaining Really obnoxious and poor planning. I won’t stay again I’ve never had a problem staying somewhere and being asked to be quiet before midnight on a weekend like there were quiet hours or something Rediculous"

"Room was dirty, toilet did not work. Maintenance man had an attitude when I pointed out the problem. They gave me a different room upon my request during the second day. The new non-smoking room still smells of nicotine though :-/"

"Gorgeous suite we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Kids enjoyed pool and breakfast was great."
