“The apartment complex itself is nice, clean, and has easy access, but unfortunately the communication and customer service completely ruined the experience for me.
The check-in instructions were extremely long and confusing, and all emails from the property went directly to my spam folder. They also did not communicate through Expedia, which made everything even more difficult. I only recovered the information after contacting Expedia directly.
The biggest issue was the €100 deposit……
