Massimo was very helpful with transportation coordination and thoughtful with quick snack breakfast options in the room to accommodate our daily early tour departures, which fell outside breakfast hours. “El edificio en la entrada está en muy mal estado , se ve sucio y sin pintura deteriorado , el ascensor es una canasta para las maletas y 1 persona . Pero internamente las habitaciones están muy bien, modernas y limpias . La ubicación es frente a metro y plaza Dante muy conveniente. Nápoles en general es una ciudad sucia y con caos pero tiene su encanto y es segura ”

“Es un hotel con habitaciones ubicado en un Edificio muy Antiguo que no hace bien con las buenas condiciones del hotel y los cuartos. Edificio que hay que pagar por usar ascensor, estrecho y para un cuarto piso con equipaje no es bueno. Creo que el hotel podria Mostar mas esto en su perfil. Desayuno es en una cafeteria a 50 mts, pero todo esto es mejor colocarlo en la oferta. EN mi caso estas sorpresas no suman para un impacto positivo y resta valor a todo lo bueno de las habitaciones.”

They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. “Hotel receptionist and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I felt like they went above and beyond for any requests we made. We were able to check in a little earlier and this made our first day! It was very nice of them. The location was perfect! We walked to most of the tourist attractions.
