"The place was filthy, smelly and unsafe. Broken floor tiles in the kitchen causing a trip and fall. Trash and filth under all the sinks. Mold on the shower curtain and a filthy tub. Kitchen cupboards were dirty with old food crumbs in every drawer and cupboard. Old food in the cupboards. An accumulation of greasy dirt on the floors in the corners. No smoke detectors or usable fire extinguisher. Sheets had an old apparent blood stain and cigarette burn in them. The place was too unsafe...
