“We booked Kent Island Resort for our anniversary because it looked beautiful online. “Unfortunately they charged $10 a day for parking for a suburban parking lot that was not full. I could understand in a city garage or a very populated area, but that was not the case at this hotel. Additionally, my bathroom was not well cleaned. The swimming pool is used for physical therapy by an outside company, so the pool was crowded and not relaxing.”

“Upon check-in, there was no mention that the parking lot was being repaved. I only learned about it after raising concerns about the lack of available parking.
