“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

The service was amazing from start to finish, and the breakfast each morning was spectacular—served with a beautiful view of the lake. “Posizione stupenda con camere vista lago e hotel a 5 min a piedi dal centro paese. Unica pecca, la camera non aveva l’aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore a soffitto. Non abbiamo comunque patito il caldo nonostante i 30 gradi esterni. Personale molto gentile e soggiorno davvero piacevole. Ci torneremo!”

“Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Reception staff were friendly and rooms were clean & modern. Breakfast was served at the sister hotel Victoria, which was a nice short walk. We chose to eat in the restaurant one night due to it's vista, the food was great but the service was average (slow & mixed up the orders) which was a surprise. ”
