“Room was nasty! Cold water! Bugs in the unit. Weed smell. Super loud. Only stayed 1 night of the 4 day reservation because the front desk people were no help. It was the worse experience in a hotel I have ever encountered. DO NOT STAY HERE!”

“Clean, well anppointed apartment with off street parking. Excellent host communication!”

“Lovely stay for an extended work trip. It was the perfect balance of fun getaway (in a walkable neighborhood with restaurants and cafes nearby) and practical cozy spot to come home to (with all the amenities). ”

“My first stay in this home was amazing. the communication was a 10/10, it was clean, neighborhood was quiet. i enjoyed myself.”

“Good location. Near Cincinnati Connector Streetcar which is free and will take you to downtown. Close to Findlay Market and restaurants. Enjoyed my first time in Cincinnati.”

“Very clean and everything you need, it’s a great use of space. The shower head was broken and squirted everywhere and this was the reason for the 4 star instead of 5. Once they have it fixed it will be perfect. The bed is nice & firm and had quality pillows and a box fan for noise. Very conveniently located to the stadium and restaurants. I recommend Locke for coffee in the morning- quality stuff! We’d stay here again.”

“First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be……

“We had a wonderful stay at Ed's place in Cincinnati! The accommodations were just as described. Ed provided copious details regarding check in several days before we arrived allowing us time to ask questions. He was extremely responsive with any concerns (we did not have any). There were LOTS of different codes to enter the place but Ed's list made navigation easy. The rooms were well stocked with pillows and extra blankets which was welcome. The couch was comfortable and the kitchen had……

“Great place!”

“Property is very clean for a pet friendly property. Communication is very easy with host. We have stayed multiple times with them and they are available whenever needed. Absolutely love the balcony.”

“The unit itself was very nice and comfortable, but the area around it was not. It was difficult to find the almost unnoticeable green door that was the entry door, and after dark felt a little less than safe with several men lurking about and sleeping in recessed doorways. We had to park away from the property for a $20 charge. When we entered the building, the "lobby" as the host described it was no more than a messy back small hallway leading to an old wooden staircase and the back of a bar.……

“Property entrance was rough, with dark lighting and raised concrete paths, possible trip hazard. Backyard area in need of cleanup. Steps to enter property were small and somewhat difficult to use. Noise level was high. Third floor occupants were loud throughout stay. Unit was clean and comfortable.”

“We had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The only small downsides were that the walls are pretty thin—you can hear people going up and down the stairs—and there aren’t blinds on the windows, so some light from the courtyard comes in at night. Overall, though, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!”

“There are so many restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities in the area. The neighborhood is well kept by the city and property owners, and the parking garage is just a short walk. We felt safe and had a great stay.”

“The pictures don’t do the property justice! It’s a beautiful home with lots of updated charm. The beds are large and comfortable in both rooms. The shower is awesome! Nothing beats that view off the balcony though! It’s absolutely stunning! The street is quiet and neighbors are kind. The location feels quiet and more secluded but it is within 10 mins of everything fun to do downtown! I would suggest parking your car there to secure a spot in front of the building and taking a Lyft……

“Great place! Super clean and smooth process from booking to check-out.”
