Location is great there's plenty of places to eat Mjiers shopping store the gas station across the street I got my deposit back right away and they were very nice to me so was anybody I walked by in the hallway.

Not Impressed!!

Our room had a missing bed. There wasn't carpet, but flooring was nice.The closet didn't have a door on it. Iron, but no ironing board. No coffee pot in the room. Only one towel in the bathroom. Stains on the wall and lampshade. No ice machine on the floor. The website said there was a continental breakfast. There was Cheerios and Fruit Loops and coffee. That is it. The bed really wasn't comfortable. If I was getting a single bed, I expected a king size. It was quiet though. We stayed here previously, a couple of years ago when they were under construction, but we had a nice room. It is close to shopping, which made it nice.

America Best in Three Rivers is great!

Checkin was an experience. They charged 20.00 for pet and 100.00 refundable deposit. I was not expecting this but it's ok. Beautiful suite with kitchenette full size fridge. Bedroom off the side in a room itself. Nice. Clean throughput. Bed was super.

They won’t give me my deposit back even though room is fine and really shady characters being loud next door to me. I wouldn’t bring my wife and kids to stay here. They were super nice staff though.

Staff was great, bed was comfortable and things looked like they were being updated. We had a king suite. Cons: No usable closet or hangers (there was a huge area for one but not completed). The other issue was that the air conditioner had to cool not only the bedroom but a kitchen and living space. It took quite awhile for it to cool down on a very warm day. Price was reasonable, would stay here again.

This hotel is the only one of the 3 in the immediate vicinity that has an automatically opening from entrance which makes bringing the luggage in a lot easier.
